Safe Senior Application and Waiver of Liability
This is a program offered by the city for citizens over the age of 60 who wish to provide emergency services with a quick and easy way to access their home in the event of an emergency. More information can be read here. The above form “Safe Senior Application and Waiver of Liability” can be filled out and returned to the city if you wish to apply. Note that you do not need permission from the HOA design committee to install this.
