For current residents who are looking to sell their home there are a few requirements by the HOA.

• The Board of Directors must be notified of any imminent list of a home sale.
• Exterior “For Sale” signs are limited to those permitted in “Environment of Common Areas” Section D, Subsection i in the Rules and Regulations.
• The homeowner is required to notify the Board of Directors in writing of change of occupancy thirty (30) days prior to such a change.
• The seller is responsible to provide the buyer with:
  • A copy of the Declarations, Covenants, and Restrictions.
  • A copy of the Bylaws.
  • A copy of the Rules and Regulations.
  • A written list of all architectural and landscaping improvements constructed by the seller or previous sellers to the current buyer.
