May 31 Lawn Cutting

Trailhead Residents,
Green Horizons will be on the property today in an effort to mow the grass that is not soaking wet.  They do not expect to be able to cut the entire area, but will attempt to cut what they can.

Proxy Vote Reminder

Hello Trailhead Village Residents,
If you have not done so, please fill out and return your proxy to the Trailhead Village mailbox next to the USPS mailboxes.  To guarantee a quorum, so the annual meeting can be held, we asked each owner to kindly complete, sign and date the proxy that was mailed to you.  Please remember, the proxy needs to be submitted even if you are planning on attending the meeting.  It will be returned to you at the meeting.  If you are in need of a form, please contact the board and we will be sure that you receive one.

Yard waste pickup

Hello Trailhead Residents,
Just a reminder that yard waste pickup by Republic Services will begin Friday, April 19 and continue every Friday through November 30! Grass clippings, leaves and other yard waste should be placed in a brown paper yard waste bag, available at discount and hardware stores.  Do not place yard waste in the green recycling containers.
Any questions, please call Republic Services at 800-433-1309.

Spring Landscaping

Hello Residents,
Green Horizons will be working on and off in the neighborhood in the next few weeks to begin spring clean up, bed preparation, plow damage repair, and mulching and initial fertilization.Remember, mulch will only be applied to the front beds of your home.  If you would like mulch on the sides and/or back of your property at your cost, you must call Green Horizon to arrange for that service.  Green Horizons also is offering to apply river bed gravel (#34) to the sides and/or back of your property at your cost, which again can be arranged through Jim Folds.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the board.

Important Parking Regulations at Trailhead

Hello all,
As always, and especially during this busy holiday season, the board would like to review the parking regulations.
The City of Berea which includes Trailhead has the following:
      1.  There is no parking on the fire hydrant side of the street at any time.
      2.  There is no overnight parking on the street.  Cars must be in the garage, driveway or the parking pad.
We expect that many people will be entertaining for the holidays, and that means that cars will be parked on the street.  It is the homeowners responsibility to make sure that your guests park only on the non fire hydrant side of the road.  Our streets are narrow, and will not allow emergency vehicles or any vehicles through if double parked.  The police will ticket illegally parked vehicles It  is also important that you follow the posted speed limit.
We all want to have a safe and joyous holiday, so we appreciate your cooperation in this matter not only at the holidays, but through out the year.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Fall Clean Up

Green Horizons will be on the property to do fall clean up, weather permitting.  They have been waiting as they have in the past, until most of the leaves have fallen.  They have already cut down all of the grasses throughout the community, and some minor cleanup.
A few things that also need to be performed by homeowners at this time of year:
All flowers should be removed, (annuals),  and flower pots, and garden hoses should be stored away for winter .

Road Crack Sealing

Hello all,
We are sorry that this is such a late notice, but we were informed just now that Premier Asphalt will be doing crack sealing in our neighborhood tomorrow, October 12.  This should not interfere with anyone as they will be sanding as they go, as they have done in the past.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the board.
