General Items:

• We do apologize that the annual meeting is on a Sunday. We were informed by the city that the Berea Room is no longer available to use. We were able to secure the meeting room in the Library for this year’s meeting.
• We are planning the daily morning watering schedule for the season. Please contact the board if you are interested in helping. The beds by the mailbox and the front entrance beds are what needs to be watered.
• Notifications for the annual meeting and proxy votes have been sent out. If you are not in receipt of them please let the board know. Proxy’s are due June 1.You may place them in the community mailbox.
• Let the board know if you would like to have the floor during the New Business to speak about specific topic. We will be sure you are listed on the agenda and have a chance to speak. There is limited time for new business and we will give priority to those who contacted the board ahead of time.

Rules and Regulations:

• As always watch your speed when driving in and out of the neighborhood. Posted speed is 10 mph
• Recreational activities,are prohibited in the street.This rule is in place for the safety and well being of residents in the community. Recreational activities are prohibited in the street for this reason.
• In order to maintain the appearance of our community,please be reminded to keep up with exterior items that may have faded paint for example, shutters, exterior lights, garage doors and front doors.

Landscaping & Design:

• When you are submitting your request please include the rough locations of items and be as descriptive as possible. If you have your own diagram, please feel free to submit it instead. This will provide the committees and the board with a better idea of you project.
• Remember if you are planning landscaping or architectural/design changes to submit a landscaping or design form to the respective committee. All forms are available on the website. When you fill them out you can drop them off to the committee chair in person or email them to landscaping@trailheadvillage.com ordesign@trailheadvillage.com and make sure to read the rules and regulations to see what is and isn’t permitted in the neighborhood. Please remember that the review process can take up to 21 days to complete.
