Hello Trailheaders! Hopefully everything is blooming as you wanted.

Construction News

  • Construction on lots 1 and 11 has begun.  Cones have been placed on the Trailhead Lane parking pads to keep construction traffic off them.  Residents and guests are free to move the cones to park but we ask that you put the cones back when you are done using the pad.
  • With all the construction taking place the board would just like to remind everyone to be mindful of the speed at which people are driving through the development for both our safety and that of the workers.
  • Lot 14 has sold; it will be an Alistar ranch style home.
