Annual Neighborhood Walk Through
The annual neighborhood walk through will be conducted by the HOA Board members at the end of June, beginning of July. We will be looking at the following:
- Paint trim around windows
- Paint trim around front doors
- Paint trim around garage doors
- Paint on shutters
- Paint on front door
- Paint on garage door
- Paint on coach lights on house and garage
- House siding, specifically the dark exhaust residue around the fan vents
- Oil spots on driveways
- Storage of excess items on front porch/deck/patio
- Storage of excess items at rear of house/deck area
Please review the Rules and Regulations about what is allowed/not allowed in a residents yard
As a reminder, if you are planning to change colors, approval by the Design/Review committee is required. All trim must remain white.
