General Information

Trailhead Village began construction in 2005 with the goal of being a close intimate community that offered the benefits of a quiet secluded area while still being minutes away from local attractions and downtown Cleveland. Some of the amenities of Trailhead include:

  • Neighborhood access to the Cleveland Metro Parks.
  • Low maintenance (lawn care and snow removal).
  • Walking access to downtown Berea via the park system.
  • Close access to highways and the airport.
  • Neighborhood social events.

Dues

Dues are currently: 160.00 per month and are due on the first of the month. We accept prepaid dues amounts as well (quarterly, semi-annually, annually).

Dues are managed by an outside party, Association Books. There are several payment options available to residents:

Pay by Check
You may pay with a physical check using the coupon book you were provided with at the start of each year. The coupon book includes a monthly coupon that needs to be mailed back with your check. If you do not have your coupon book or have lost it please contact the Board.

Pay by Bank Bill Pay
You may pay via your banks bill pay service. Checks need to be sent to the following address:

Pay Online via the Associatons Bank
The HOA’s bank also accepts payments directly through their online payment processing system. To do this go to https://onlinepay.aafin.com/home.aspx and register an account. Please note that you will need the account information from your coupon book to complete registration.

Late Fees
Dues are considered late if not paid by the 10th day of the month. If dues are not received by the 10th, you will be assessed a late fee.

HOA Committees

There are two committees currently, the design review committee and the landscape review committee. These groups are charged with making sure that home owners design and landscaping projects conform to neighborhood rules and regulations.
